About Me
Mattia is a visual designer and digital artist born in the Marche region and currently based in Rome. Operating at the intersection of graphic design, creative coding, and brand strategy, he translates complex conceptual frameworks into high-fidelity tactile and digital systems. His design ethos is defined by flexibility, navigating a dynamic spectrum between high-precision minimalism and raw brutalism to align with the narrative at hand. Typography forms the core of his creative practice. He views letters not as static glyphs, but as spatial, physical, and kinetic structures, shaping letterforms into interactive components that give a physical presence to abstract ideas. By embracing emerging technology as a generative sandbox, he integrates code and visual programming tools (like TouchDesigner) as active design partners. Rather than using tech purely as an execution tool, he leverages it to develop reactive environments, immersive installations, and fluid design systems that breathe, interact, and evolve.
